Brenda Wu
Since 2008, Brenda has worked in the Datacenter industry in various finance and IT implementation (as business leads) roles. In 2009, having worked with an Excel-based quote tool and back-and-forth approvals via emails for a year, she proposed a design of an automated quote tool within Salesforce platform to allow salespeople to create quotes, generate a Sales Order and route to management approvals all in the same place, whereby gathering and storing sales and pricing data in Salesforce to allow better business metrics reporting
We believe the in-house developed CPQ application has a competitive edge over several out-of-the-box solutions on the market, and can help other SMBs in streamlining their sales processes.
